This stuffed mushroom is a classic italian recipe and are hard to stop eating . This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled.
- 6 large white mushrooms;
- 1/2 clove garlic, finely chopped;
- 2 tablespoons soft breadcrumbs;
- 2 anchovy fillets;
- grated lemon zest;
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil;
Take the mushrooms and remove the earth present in the lower part of the stem after which rinse them under running water. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop fine.
put anchovy fillets, garlic, soft breadcrumbs, salt, grated lemon zest and extra virgin olive oil in a medium bowl to blend and sheres all finely.
Stuff mushroom caps with this mixture. Bake on a cookie sheet at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. The result will be a lighter side dish, tasty and cheap.
