These muffins are fluffy and simple to realize, you can add fruit, chocolate or nuts too. ideal for breakfast and for snack everyday. One leads to another.



  • Vanilla yogurt 125 gr;
  • 100 gr sugar;
  • 200 gr flour;
  • 100 gr di extra virgin olive oil;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 16 grams baking powder;
  • 1 tsp salt;
  • chocolate chips.

In a large bowl add all ingredients beat lightly with a handheld electric mixer for 5 min. Be careful not to over-mix the batter as this will make the muffins tough. Stir in the chocolate chips or dried fruit if using. 




















Fill muffin cases two-thirds full and bake for 20-25 mins, leave the muffins in the tin to cool for a few mins and transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
